Who we are

Nine Signals is operated by Adam Cantello in the United Kingdom. The site is reachable at ninesignals.com.

What data we collect

Three categories:

  • Booking data. When you book a call via cal.com you provide your contact details and any context you choose to share. That data is held by cal.com under their privacy policy.
  • Correspondence. When you contact the site owner we keep the message and your contact details so we can reply and follow up on the work.
  • Site analytics. Aggregated, non-identifying analytics about page views and traffic sources. We do not run ad pixels or third-party trackers that profile individuals.

How we use it

To respond to enquiries, deliver the work that has been commissioned, and improve the website. Nothing is sold or shared with third parties for marketing.

How we store it

Correspondence is held by our communication provider. Booking data is held by cal.com. Engagement notes and contracts are stored in business-grade tools we control. Sensitive client data inside delivered workflows is handled per the engagement agreement, which usually includes data minimisation and access controls.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of any personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact the site owner with the request.

Cookies

The site does not set advertising or tracking cookies. External resources such as fonts may set technical cookies needed to load. The site does not use a cookie banner because nothing requires consent under UK GDPR's necessary-cookie criteria.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update the "Last updated" date above.
